Campaigns automatically have MOBILE/DESKTOP/TABLET criteria; this updates their bid adjustments (creates CONNECTED_TV/OTHER if you target them). **Each entry:** - device: MOBILE | TABLET | DESKTOP | CONNECTED_TV | OTHER - bid_modifier: 1.2 = +20%, 0.8 = -20%, 1.0 = no change **Required:** campaign_id + 1+ devices.
