Description

List the TikTok Pixels on the advertiser and, for each one, the exact conversion events it can optimize toward. Call this BEFORE creating any conversion campaign (WEB_CONVERSIONS): it returns the NUMERIC `pixel_id` that TikTok requires (not the alphanumeric Pixel Code, which TikTok rejects) and the valid `optimization_event` values for that pixel, so you never have to guess either. Also flags pixels that have no events configured yet and therefore cannot be used for conversion optimization. Use when a customer asks 'which pixel should I use', hits a pixel or optimization_event rejection, or wants to run conversion ads.
