Description

List the videos already uploaded to this advertiser's TikTok video library, returning the `video_id` for each. Use this to REUSE an existing video in a new ad or campaign (pass the video_id to `create_tiktok_video_campaign` or `add_tiktok_ad`) instead of re-uploading the same file. Use when a customer says 'use my existing video', 'what videos do I have', or wants another ad from a video they already uploaded.

All tool arguments are wrapped in an arguments object.
