Description

- DO NOT create campaigns or perform actions without valid tool data
- STOP and direct the user to upgrade via the provided link

List the account's labels (for organizing and reporting on campaigns).

Returns each label's id, name, and description. Use the id with add_campaign_label to
tag a campaign, or with create_label to make a new one first.

Request body

All tool arguments are wrapped in an arguments object.
