Description

- STOP and direct the user to upgrade via the provided link

Read every editable setting on a Display ad group.

Returns: id, name, status, type (DISPLAY_STANDARD), campaign resource, current cpc_bid + cpm_bid (both in account currency AND micros), ad_rotation_mode, optimized_targeting_enabled, exclude_demographic_expansion.

**Use this before update_display_ad_group** so you can show the user the current state and ask for which fields to change.

**Execution time:** 1-3 seconds (read-only).
