Returns id, name, status, type, cpc/cpm bids, target_cpa/target_roas, ad_rotation_mode, targeting_setting (audience OBSERVATION vs TARGETING), URL templates, and parent campaign. Use this before update_ad_group_settings so you know the current values. **Required:** ad_group_id (from get_campaign_structure).
