Description

Create a new (empty) shared negative keyword list.

Creates a reusable negative keyword list (SharedSet) you can then fill with
`add_negative_keywords_to_list` and attach to campaigns with
`attach_negative_keyword_list_to_campaign`.

**Parameters:** name (required).
**Use when:** "create a negative keyword list called ...", "make a shared negatives list".

Request body

All tool arguments are wrapped in an arguments object.
