Required when more than one account is connected; may be omitted with exactly one. `customer_id` is accepted as an alias. If the tool replies that several accounts are connected, re-run with this set — that reply is NOT a connection problem.

`ad_groups`	`array` required	Ad groups to create. Each: {name (req), cpc_bid (decimal account currency), network (OwnedAndOperatedAndSyndicatedSearch/OwnedAndOperatedOnly/InHousePromotion), ad_group_type (SearchStandard/SearchDynamic/HotelAds), start_date/end_date YYYY-MM-DD, language, bidding_scheme, ad_rotation_type, status (default Paused), and nested ads:[...] / keywords:[...]}.
