Create a Sponsored Brands campaign (brand banner with logo + headline + ≥3 products)

Description

Create a Sponsored Brands campaign (brand banner with logo + headline + ≥3 products). Requires Brand Registry; sellers must pass brand_entity_id; the productCollection ad needs a brand_logo_asset_id from the creative asset library. Can create campaign alone, or campaign + ad group + ad.
