Upload offline conversions matched to clicks by Microsoft Click ID (msclkid) — for sales that close off the website (phone, in-store, CRM)

Upload offline conversions matched to clicks by Microsoft Click ID (msclkid) — for sales that close off the website (phone, in-store, CRM). Requires an OfflineConversionGoal created ≥2h earlier; email/phone must be pre-hashed (SHA-256). Writes conversion data via the Microsoft API.

All tool arguments are wrapped in an arguments object.

`account_id`	`string` optional	Microsoft Advertising ad account id (numeric AccountId — NOT the 8-character account number shown in the UI). Get it from list_microsoft_accounts. Required when more than one account is connected; may be omitted with exactly one. `customer_id` is accepted as an alias. If the tool replies that several accounts are connected, re-run with this set — that reply is NOT a connection problem.

`offline_conversions`	`array` required	Offline conversions to upload (click-id matched, ≤1000). Each: {microsoft_click_id (the msclkid captured at click time, req), conversion_name (= the OfflineConversionGoal's name, req), conversion_time (ISO 8601, req), conversion_value? (plain decimal), conversion_currency_code?, external_attribution_credit?, external_attribution_model?, hashed_email_address? (SHA-256 lowercase-hex), hashed_phone_number? (SHA-256 of E.164)}. ⛔ Requires an OfflineConversionGoal created ≥2h earlier; email/phone must be PRE-HASHED.
